What is membership camping?
The Membership Camping Act applies to the offer and sale of the right to use all or part of a campground for a period of twelve months or more.
Membership Camping Operators and Salespersons must register with us annually.
What We Do
We register membership camping operators and salespersons that fall within N.C.G.S. Chapter 66, Article 31 and issue certificates of registration.
