Registration

Registering trademarks offers legal and commercial benefits. We carefully assess and apply State and Federal laws to examine and register eligible marks.

Browse Trademarks

Search for a trademark or service mark by mark name; registration number; owner name; class number; class title; entering a description of the goods or services, key words associated with the mark, new marks and renewals.

You can search for the classification of goods or services by entering either a word associated with the service or the class number under which the service falls.

You can perform a more extensive search of the International Classification of Goods and Services at the World Intellectual Property Organization .
