Chapter 120C of the North Carolina General Statutes governs the administration, regulation, and enforcement of lobbyists, principals, liaisons, solicitors, and others who are required to report, but not register. N.C. Department of the Secretary of State administers and enforces Articles 2, 4, 6, and 8 of the Lobbying Act.
