Requalifications Following Adm. Revocation
Requalifications of foreign companies administratively revoked may apply for requalification. The turn around time is 3-5 business days.
Requalifications: Mail documents to Business Registration Division, PO Box 29622, Raleigh, NC 37626-0622. Please include a cover letter, certificate of authority, updated certificate of existence, one annual report and the appropriate filing fees for a certificate of authority and one annual report.
Need to Reinstate Following Adm. Dissolution?
Reinstatements following administrative dissolution are on a 0-1 day examination turn-around time.
Administrative Reinstatements: Mail documents to Administrative Reinstatement, PO Box 29622, Raleigh, NC 27626-06222. Please include a cover letter, application for reinstatement, all required annual reports and appropriate filing fees for the application and each required annual report.
Turn-around times begin when the document is received and ends when processing is completed and placed in the mail or emailed to the filer.
Reinstatements – 15-18 business days when sent to address on the Application
Annual Reports – 14-21 business days
All other documents – 7-9 business days
