Creating E-Mail Notification SubscriptionsAdding Subscription for One Entity

  1. Click “Sign In”, in the upper right corner of the website.
  2. If you don’t have an account, you will need to select “First Time User?” and follow the directions to create an account.
  3. If you have an account, enter your login and password and select “Sign In.”
  4. Under the Online Services heading, select “Sign up for a subscription.”
  5. The default in the Search Within drop down menu is “Business Registration.”
  6. The default in the About drop down menu is "All Entities.
  7. Search For should be set to “Company.”
  8. Words criteria should be set to “Starting With.” You can also search any words, but the best results are obtained by using “Starting With.”
  9. In the Search Criteria box, enter the entity name you are searching.
  10. Click on “Search”
  11. Click on the entity name you are searching.
  12. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page to the Actions links.
  13. Below the Actions header, select “Add Entity to My Email Notification List.”
