Business Registration
Filing an Annual Report
If your status is “dissolved” or “multiple,” you cannot file online. You will need to file via our paper option.
If your status is "active," then follow the steps listed in this section.
Go to the NCSOS home page at: https://www.sosnc.gov/
This takes you to the Search Business Registration tool.
Enter your business name in the Organizational Name entry field.
Click Search.
