Amending Your Annual Report on Paper
If you’ve already submitted your annual report and realize that you need to make changes, follow these steps for filing an amendment via paper. An amendment can also be used to update officials, registered agents, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
Search for your business in the Search Business Registration tool.
In the Search Results, select the Prepopulate Annual Report link.
