Signing in to Account

From any Secretary of State web page “Sign In” with your personal user name and password in the upper right corner of the page.

If you don’t have an account, click “Sign In” at the top of the page and when the drop down window appears, click “First Time User?” and follow the instructions to create an account from the Create a New Account page.

Signing In will take to you back to the main Secretary of State webpage.
